姚胜波:198708月生,汉族,山西省永济市人,九州体育(中国)官方网站教师,博士研究生学历。

主要研究领域与方向:

茶树中丰富的次生代谢物是形成茶叶独特风味品质的物质基础。本人主要从事茶树次生代谢物的生物合成与调控机制研究,重点围绕茶树中重要苦涩味物质酯型儿茶素的生物合成与调控开展研究工作。主要利用酶学、分子生物学、转录组学和代谢组学等技术手段解析茶树品质成分的代谢调控网络,为茶叶品质提升和茶资源开发利用提供理论基础。在Plant JJ Exp BotJ Agric Food Chem等国际学术期刊上发表5SCI论文。
